CATS Whole house audio/video signal distribution over cat5??

Hello All,

I'm looking to distribute audio/video to multiple rooms in my home.(multi-source,multi-zone system) and tie it into Homeseer.

I came across this 'CATS' system from Pragmatic Communications Systems, Inc. that claims to be able provide high quality audio/video signal distribution and control over category 5 cables?

I was wondering if anybody else has come across this product? Any opinions...Pro/Con's?

What is the cost? I would presume expensive?
