    HA Wizard Support

    Anyone know if anyone is supporting HA Wizard anymore. I had a major system crash and lost everything along with my unlock code. I've emailed Ken Sargent twice now. Got no response from the first email 2 weeks ago, and now I get a bounce saying his mailbox is full. I've got 14 days left on the "Evaluation" and apparently no way to get my unlock code from Ken.

    Just wondered if he'd passed that off to someone else or what.

    I doubt it. I emailed him several times over a year ago, finally ended up registering for a second time. My recommendation is to NOT do business with him. I am using an Ocelot now anyway, no need to download stuff to the CM11a. I do still use it on a secondary PC, and just use the free X10 software to download macros and stuff.

      Guess it's back to buggy Active Home. I can no longer advise anyone to do business with someone that ignores registered users of his program.

      I may pursue a legal remedy here. Any improvement in his support of the program, I'll update that here.
