I just tried to get into the help desk however it would not let me so Iam posting this here looking for any suggestions or if anyone else is having problems with the new version of HSP.
My latest problem started after downloading the new version 2.0.181 of HSP a couple of days ago, what happens is HS freezes. I have a HSP modem, and version 1.7.7 of HS. The reason I think it is the latest version of HSP, is that when HS freezes I shut down HS and HSP, HSmodem, and the usb powerlink thru task manager. When I restart HS it gets to initializing the modem and hangs there and HS stops responing I finally have to reset the system to clear the error. Has anyone else seen this problem since updating HSP?
