I have a touch screen that has window 2000, and I trying to upgrade IE from ver. 6 to ver. 7. When I downloaded the upgrade and tried to install it I get this message:
Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer.

Can anybody direct me, on this issue...
