Rupp, Where can I find the latest version of BackeRupp and is there an idiot guide? Will it backup any directory?

I used to manually backup on a usb stick, but i decided to put a usb drive on the HT and now have room for more than 2 backups

    Thanks

    Will it backup any directory?
