Everyone likes icons and adding them to Homeseer to represent various states of devices. There are many sites on the web providing free icon libraries but I've found too many of the icons are much too large to use as they increase the size of the HS device listing.
I happened upon this site: http://www.smileygenerator.us/t/gifresize/index.php
It does a nice job of resizing GIF files, even animated ones to a natural size for HS device status listings. Just browse to your file, choose the resizing options and save the result back to your disk.
