How to post screen shot

Can anybody, explain to me how do you post a screen shoot of your screen and then post it in a thread? I would like to post a screen shot and I dont quit no how to do it.

I press "print screen" which saves the image in a temporary file (the name excapes me)
I open a jpg editor and paste the image in the jpg. I then crop the image as desired and save the jpg image.
I then use "Manage Attachments" to upload the file. Homeseer then adds the image to my post.

To upload the files you need to open a reply and go to Manage Attachments. There you will search your PC for the image files you want to upload.
