Time in my PC is running behind

I have a situacion where my PC time is running behind the current time. Is there a way to ajust the running time?

Windows can automatically set itself from a network time server. (Assuming its connected to the Intranet.) The option is in the time/date control panel. BUT, there are two problems with that, first, the default NTP servers that Windows is set with aren't very reliable. Instead try this one: www.pool.ntp.org

Second, by default, Windows only updates the time something like once a week. My PC is off by a few minutes by then. Instead search the web for instructions to get it to update more often. I use once ever hour or two. Changing it is a simple registry hack.
