    Help Desk Submission

    Last September I submitted a Help Desk Ticket and recieved the email stating what the I.D. was, etc. But today, when I looked for Ticket ID 14173, the Help Desk search found nothing.

    What am I doing wrong?

    During the recent outage we lost some tickets and others that were closed were deleted. What was the problem concerning?

      Hi Rupp...

      The Help Desk Ticket was regarding not being able to set the RCS Serial Thermostat "Set Hold Mode" to "Hold" using an event.

        I would recommend putting in another ticket on this issue.
