Leviton no longer make the telephone transponder. Does anyone know of a good alternative that does not include a PC based system

I had the same problems so I typed up instructions and printed them on a small piece of paper and put it in my wallet. Here they are if you want to use it:
<pre class="ip-ubbcode-code-pre">
Call in and key in ##(passcode) and wait
for 3 beeps.
Press * for on and # for off
You will hear 3 beeps after and on
You will hear 2 beeps after an off
You hear 1 long beep for an invalid command
12# turns off 1 and 2
12* turns on 1 and 2
HSServer = C1
WeatherServer = C2
</pre>

I've been thinking of putting my RoadRunner Cable modem on an X10 appliance module. And have my HS PC toggle the power when the internet connectivity fails - which is 99.999% of the time the #&^%%^$&$ cable system signal being unusable by the modem. The modem will just sit in a reboot-myself loop trying to resynch. It never, ever does. Based on a year of weekly failures. If you power cycle it, many times, sometime between 5 minutes and many hours later, it will resynch. I gave up showing RoadRunner my measurements and data that indicates its their problem, not a bad coax drop as their repairman contend.
So, this would be a scripted power cycle on demand.
