Missing devices and events after crash

My homeseer computer crashed and when I got it to run again I appear to have no events and my of the devices are missing, seems only the insteon devices came back.

What should I be looking at?

Check in your config/backup directory for more versions of the database to try. You can use file > open on the HS GUI to load a different file.

That's a life saver, it worked well. Is everything in the MDB file? When is a new file made? I noticed homeseer seems to create multiple copies.
