    Removing plug in under vista

I want to clean up (not just uninstall) some plug-in's I tried out.
So I try to remove (delete) the .dll files of those plug-in's.
Since I work with Vista (sorry to say) i have problems doing this.
The files are located in c:\program files\HomeSeer HS2\
When I try to delete them I got a error saying that I have no authorisation to do this.
Is this one of the new so called protection rules of vista ?

Yes, you can try disabling User Access Control and also ensure you are an administrator when you attempt to delete them. Lastly you can try right clicking on these files and see if any of the options provided will allow you to take ownership and then delete them.
