Rights problem with events?

I have an event runs every minute, &run=hs.launch ("C:\windows\system32\wscript.exe","c:\program files\homeseer2\scripts\energy.vbs")
Then energy.vbs is calling ChartDirector.API from mysql and creating png images in same directory. It's working fine if I run it from commandpromt and dubbelclick energy.vbs but not when I call it from events?
Any suggestions?

I get no errors at all.

Are there any options to change the permission when you right click on the vbs file? IE run as administrator?

Thanks Rupp, I solved it. I forgot to put a full directory for the chartfiles.
So all the files was created in c:\windows\system32 there wscript.exe is called.
