    HELP??, thermostat sensing not working

    to all
    ztools z-stick usb stick
    hoimeseer basic

device 2 and 5, dimmable switches
device 4, wayne dalton thermostat (energy save, and regular)

had some earlier problems with device 2 being controlled.
per Greg, I used ztools to
    1. save stick
    2. reset stick
    3. restore stick

that made all devices work well, past 24 hrs, 2 and 5 could be turned on and off, and device 4 registered in homeseer basic as controllable thermostat, had energy save button and regular button, etc.

BUT, this morning, about 10 am, I looked at log (I am not on site, I can log on to the computer at that site), it gave me some thermostat errors, and changed the thermostat to a regular thermostat.

Below is a recent log, after trying to optimize, rescan, etc.

My son is at the remote site, tells me the thermostat is in energy save mode, no battery indicator is flashing, and the zwave indicator is operating corectly.

    ANY help appreciated.

ALSO, where would I find listing of error codes for homeseer basic?

ADDENDUM, I CALLED MY SON, HE JUST CLICKED THE (-) BUTTON FOR THERMOSTAT, TO LIGHT UP ITS SCREEN TEMPORARILY.
THAT ACTION MADE IT TALK TO HOMESEERBASIC, and now the thermostat is recognized again, and a successful log.
WHAT would make it not recognized due to inactivity, or cause this scenario?

      to all,

stll would like to get article that describes errors.

BUT. I got my thermostat fixed. added more nodes, reset the whole system, re-added nodes, ad now it works ok.
      thanks
