Purchase HS Pro Version

Hello -
If I am running the HomeSeer Pro version and may want to purchase the "Normal" version, would I have to start over / reinstall?

Any particular reason I really need the PRO version, other than many things are already included / standard?

You "should" be able to uninstall the Pro version, and then install the full standard version and relicense.
