    Renew trial

    Hi,

    I downloaded trial around 40 days ago I tried to use Home Seer Pro. However I have merten devices and Home Seer Pro is not able to support "2 gang" switches that I have at my home. As such, I was not able to use Home Seer Pro.

    To get around this problem I needed to order another remote, which supports these Merted devices. Took a while to order one... Now I have ACT ZTH200 that supports both Merten and Homeseer, but my home seer licese is over...

    Possible to get new trial in order to test the software?

    Sure, go to the support page on the HomeSeer web site and select the Licensing Help link. At the bottom of the page are instructions on putting in a help desk request.
