    Aeon Smart Energy Monitor

I can't figure out how to get this to to auto update the HS usage values. It seems to have been added correctly but the only way I can get the values to update is to rescan.

The root node configuration doesn't have an identified polling interval setting, just the standard parameter number set pulldown.

    Anyone got this working ?

    Thanks

    Guy

looks like your controller isn't able to communicate with the device. How close is it to your controller?

It's about 30 feet from the z-stick with several walls separating them. But only about 20 ft from the Trane t-stat with one intervening wall. Neighbor status does say acceptable between the two but on the low end (3).

I can rescan and reliably get the same log output - with new usage values so some traffic is getting through. I've got another Zwave light switch I can install between the them to see if I can get the signal level up.

I'll need to ask Rick exactly how this device is supposed to work. Which device is this exactly?

It's my own non-critical project so it isn't an urgent issue. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious. Enjoy the holiday. We'll figure this out next year.

          Thanks for the speedy response.

Any news yet on the rescan, I am having the same problems here. The meter is working fine, no problems and all is updated after a rescan. The range is "excellent" so no problems there either.

The only thing it doesn't do is update (rescan) the device automaticly at a certain interval.

Can this be done with a script maybe??
