Is the duwi everlux two way?

I currently use homeeasy modules controlled by an rfxcom transmitter which is given commands from homeseer however i am limited by the fact that they are not two way and so homeseer cannot track their status. I am looking at making the jump to z-wave. Is the duwi everlux 2-wire unit two way? I.e if someone switches the switch manually will homeseer know about it?
