wired Panic button

I'm looking for an inexpensive hard-wired panic button that hopefully is recessed. Preferably not as big as a single gang device. It doesn't need to be resettable with a key, just momentary. I found one at Bass Home Electronics but the shipping was a little pricey. I'm looking for something a little better than a garage door opener or door bell button.
