Help setting up Evolve LFM-20 as Garage Door opener/closer

I just purchased 2 Evolve LFM-20 units with the understanding they could be connected to a garage door opener providing the ability to open and close my garage doors via z-wave control.

I have done some research on the forum and the web and haven't found any information as to how the Evolve is wired to the garage door opener.

Based on my reading of the instructions, it would appear the two blue wires should be connected inline with the garage door opener. Is this correct?

Does anyone have any insight as to the best way to wire the Evolve LFM-20 with a garage door opener?

I just connected one to my garage door opener and it works like a champ.

The blue wires connect in parallel to the garage door opener button. The green, white and black need to be connected to a power supply (I spliced mine into a home made extension cord and just plugged it in next to the garage door opener). The yellow wire is not used and should be taped off. If you're not 100% comfortable with wiring into AC power, I'd recommend talking to an electrician.

Thanks, man. Just installed two on my garage doors. Open and close doors just fine. Unfortunately, unlike the wall control, the Evolve LFM-20 is unable to stop garage door mid-motion and is unable to turn the lights on or off...
