    Password Lockout

    Total Novice to Homeseer. I purchased the HomeTroller PRO S3 and plugged it in, and navigated through the LAN to the built in web pages (Web COntrol). Then I foolishly logged out of the HomeSeer Web Control.
    Now I am only a guest and cannot figure out how to log in as an admin.
    I have tried default/default, admin/password, combinations of the license ID and the password that is printed on the label on the bottom of the hometroller, all to no avail.
    How do I log in (Is there a default that will work), or reset the system? Or have I permanently broken the system before I even got started?

    Try deleting the users.cfg in the config directory and then restart HomeSeer and see if the default/default login works. You can also use the help desk fro any issues you have for 30 days after your purchase.
