VR now seems to be working better.
I think I have discovered my problem, I am running Windows XP that only included the SAPI 6.1, this version will not support the 8K voice required over the HI-Phone. I ended up downloading and installing the older SAPI Ver. 5.1, changing the "YES" response command to "OK", and after training the speech profile several times, there is vast improvement. Yipeee!!!
