You can simply install your plugins on the new server and if you have an issue put in a new help desk ticket and we can reset your licenses.

Not sure about how the plugin licenses work, but I thought you needed to uninstall HS to unregister the license.

On the new versions this is true. On older versions an uninstall will not free the license.

I can't summit a help desk ticket, it gives me an Error! And I do have my user and p.word correct.

The help desk doesn't use your message board login in case you are using that. You can also just create a new account as well.
