How to install speaker client -Solved!

What's showing up in your HS log file when you start up the speaker client? Is it actively rejecting, as in your user/pass info needs updating to an account that's allowed to remotely access HS?

If it's not getting the connection attempt, look at your own laptop for something preventing outbound traffic.

Thks for responding this is what I recently got from the cliente log (this is in the laptop end):

8/10/2011 6:01:55 PM:Error attempting to connect to server, please check your connection options:
The client application HOST (URL: gtcp://192.168.1.3:81 URI: <none> LocalNo: 2 RemoteNo: -1) has not reconnected within the specified timeout. The information associated with that remote host will be released.

You need to take the port off of the ipaddress. The speaker client appends it's own port.

Thats was the issue, should have checked the cliente on the server..
