Everspring ST814 : how to change the " Sleep Time Interval" ?

I can not change the "Sleep Time Interval" of my ST814, every time I get this message: "No response from the sensor, wake up the device and try again."


how? With a script is when the sensor sends information to the HS?

On mine I have to press the C/F button continuously about 2 or 3 times/second in order to do anything with it e.g. set time interval, optimize, etc.
