Email as event Trigger

I've just set up HS to send/receive email, using Stunnel. Both send and receive work well.

I'm trying to set up events that I can trigger with email. I have done this and it works.

My issue is that I can only figure out how to trigger email events based on sender.

Is there a way to trigger events based on subject or maybe message body? I cannot find this setting on the trigger page.

If anyone can point me to this, it would be great.
