The lower edge of my status and events window has become firmly attached to a point off the bottom of the screen. I can just get hold of a bottom corner and drag it upwards but as soon as I release the mouse button the bottom edge jumps back to where it was, the left/right edge of the window behaves as expected. The Log window will resize but always starts with the bottom edge off the screen. All other windows behave properly. The horizontal split between the upper and lower panes is not available. ie I cant get it to work. Windows 98SE HS 1.7.7 any help please
