I know how to trigger and event. For instance I want to run a weather, Movies, Etc.. any of the plugins that grab data and store in a file. I am confused on how do I take the file and make it so that the data is viewable on the web interface...

Basically you have to have virtual devices to take the data, that is then shown on the web page, the scripts you are using will tell you what devices to create, or, may even create them for you.
Look at the script, there will/should be notes, or, look at the scripts documentation. -

If your speaking or getting information on a web page other than the status web page that is built into HS you need to either write your own HTML/asp pages or down load something like Ultra View or Ultra Status that build the web pages for you with a little work of course.-Rupp

That is more in the lines of what I am looking for. I first need to get it setup on a status page anyway. But I see some nice setups that people have that it just looks like a webpage. I'm gonna tackle getting a setup of something first like an email checker or weather. Then Maybe I could get pointed in the right direction. I see the ultraview and looked at it, That is what I want. I just didnt know the order things needed. So Script setup usually uses a Virtual device. That gets info on atleast a staus page. Then I can use UltraView to take other gather information and create in depth staus type pages... Yes? No ? maybe? lolComment
