what this error message is about?

Can anyone help with this error message im getting in HS log?

and this message repeats every few seconds, non stop.

Something is amiss with your Napco plugin. Did you just load this plugin?

Everything been working fine for a long time. Today I just changed a zone description on Napco 9600 panel using Quickloader. It's possible I might have accidentally changed some settings on 9600 panel but I didn't change anything in HS or the plugin.
