I have bought a HSM02 z-wave device from Everspring. I can include in the z-wave network but impossible to detect the open/close event in homeseer.
is this device supported by homeseer ? I use the last Homeseer version (2.5.0.55) and the last Aeon Labs USB stick driver (6.5.3.0).
It is very strange that this sensor is not supported because homeseer mentions on the supported hardware and software page that all Everspring sensors are supported.
