I have the older Homeseer with the mechanical drive (circa 2009). Pre-boot is OK, but the screen stays locked on the blue screen boot up "Hometroller powered by Homeseer" and stays there. Is that a hard disk crash and it needs to be replaced? Thought it was a cooling problem, but left the unit off for a bit, and the same issue occurs.
