Recommendation for 220V baseboard heater thermostat

I have a room with a baseboard heater hooked up to a thermostat. I bought an X-10 thermostat to control this a long time ago and it only supports on and off. Is there anything more recent that I could use to replace this - z-wave for example? Thanks.

Here's a conversation on using a stat with baseboard heaters on Z-Wave world that may help.

Thanks, it looks like this is going to be more trouble than I thought.
