Insteon or Z-wave ?

Hello,
Now i check prices on dimmers and switches, but the prices for the zwave Cooper and Leviton products are terrible expensive.
I take a look on that Insteon stuff and that is much cheaper, but how is the quality compare to Cooper/Leviton ?
Or should i go with zwave Evolve dimmer/switch ?

I need for my new House:
6 - single on/off circuits,
15 - single dim circuits,
7 - 3way dim circuits,
2 - 4way dim circuits and
1 - 4way on/off circuit

Insteons quality has dramatically increased over the last couple of years so either or both of these are good choices.
