help homeseer not allowing updates

trying to apply updates and packages from the hs updater, upon hs startup the log shows just error during installation. and when i look at the updater page the following now are all waiting a pending restart.

i have even tried repairing the hs program.

any ideas ???

Are you running HS as a service?

no, regular user level interface

What version of HS are you running? Are you trying to load these plugins locally or remotely? Is User Access Control disabled?

i was loading it via the web interface from another computer .

i dont see where user access control is listed

it loks liek they downloaded HS just cant seem to install them upon a restart

Google How to disable UAC and try that. It could be that one of these is an older plugin with a popup on your HS server as well.

aaaah UAC , nope that's off and i also checked the hs computer locally to see if there were popups. nothing just gives installation error in log then continues on,

should i try deleting everything in the pending folder and re download 1 at a time?
