service terminating with fault in mscorwks.dll

Hello - I started getting the errors below on a periodic basis (about once per week). Any advice on how to debug? The only thing I did recently was to add the Nest thermostat plug-in so will of course be disabling that, but seeing as it will be about a week at least before I know if its working or not wondering if there's anymore information below that anyone can tell what is going wrong.

That .dll is a key 2.0 .net .dll so you may want to try doing a repair or reinstall of the Microsoft 2.0 .net framework.
