Homeseer is turning off on it's own

Every once in a while I go to use HS Touch and it doesn't respond. I log on to Hometroller and as soon as I do I see Homeseer starting up. What could make it turn of on it's own.

Unfortunately, there are several possible reasons that the HomeSeer software (or even your hometroller hardware) might crash and reboot. I think that the first step for you is to go into the logs directory and look at some of the logs. See what's in there just before the lines about HomeSeer starting up. Maybe there will be some clue there as to what went wrong.

I have check the log and here is what I found. The last line is when I logged on and it started. The others lines are the last ones before it turned off. Anything there that could cause a homeseer crash. If not are there logs for windows or the hometroller and were can they be found.

I'd try to disable the Monoprice HDMI switcher plugin and see if that helps. Apparently other people have reported that if this plugin crashes, it brings HS down with it.

Ok thanks. Are there any other plugins that can do the same functions as the monoprice plugin. The way I have my system set up it would be worst having to walk to the basement to do it manually every time I want to change it than to restart Homeseer periodical. I will leave it on for now and see if this is the last log before it turns off the next time.
