ti103 config screen will not display - solved!

Windows 7 Professional
IE 10

The ACT Ti103 interfaces seems to initialize correctly according to the log entries. However, when I press the "config" button on the setup screen, nothing happens. The browser shows that is it trying to refresh, but nothing happens.

Did you try this on the local HS server or remotely? Does it work with IE9 or IE 10 in compatibility mode?

Local HS Server. Tried IE 10 compatibility mode. No Joy. Also tried Google Chrome. Still no joy.

On the local machine press config then minimize the browser; the GUI window launches behind the browser.
