ST814 Alarm

I managed to get my ST814 set up in HS3 so I can see temp and humidity. I think I have the temp alarm set to go if them temp goes below 5C. But I can't figure out what to use to trigger a HS3 event if the temp gets too low.
Can someone help?

Help with st 814 and hs3 paid or free phone support

I also have several st814 set up but can not get them to actavate anything. Nor can i get it so update the temp or huminity at all. If anyone knows of tech support paid or not for this I appreciate the contact have spent over 1200 to set up this system and blocked by using it as can not get these to work. Everspring is not returning calls.
