Keypadlink lights

When I do an whole house (group) All Insteon off event with home seer all of my lights turn off, but the white indicators on all of Keypadlink buttons stay lit.

Why is that? Can I fix it.

I think I have a simple fix, in that I can create an event that I will launch when I do the all lights off that will turn off all of the indicators on the KPLs.

But there has to be something I am doing wrong here. Why do the indicators not respond to an all lights out…

I created my new event to turn off all of the KPL indicators on all of the controllers, but I am missing some of the buttons on some of my devices. I have Like A,B,D,G and C, E, F are missing and cannot be controlled since they do not exist. Help!
