z-wave doorbell with Vitrum

Has anyone tried this:
Vitrum wireless satellite single, set to push-button, associated with homeseer
Everspring z-wave doorbell, associated with homeseer
On a push of the Vitrum switch make the doorbell ring.

Trying to minimise the cost and wiring.

I've not tried this but I can't see why it wouldn't work. You'd need to set up an association from the Vitrum to the Everspring and given you're using a single-button you could probably do this from HS rather than from the remote control.
