Am trying to set up kwikset lock on new hs3. Keep getting the error of no security code. Using Zstick connected to controller following directions. Have read all previous posts and nothing helps. My other lock set up with very little problem. Can anyone please help..I'm a bit new at this. Thanks

I had read this post previously but did 2 things. Removed kwikset batteries and pressed program button 3 times...no luck. Then did again and held Set button til it got the security code...who knows!
On another note Rupp, on my other kwikset lock all works except the logging node doesn't work..says never set. Any way I can easily deal with this? Thanks so much!
