WeMo control using ouimeaux

I am testing out the WeMo light switch and noticed there seems to be little support for it in homeseer. I setup a server application to accept commands to control the light, it is called ouimeaux. I then was able to setup a script to run hs.URLAction to send the command to ouimeaux. Has anyone done this before? How would I go about making this a device type so I can treat the switch like any other switch in homeseer?

+1, would also like WeMo support. I'm frustrated with the reliability of z-wave.
