Seen these Touch screen wall switches (USA) "rBright"

Has anyone seen these "http://www.getbrightswitch.com/"?

I was looking at the MoonShine and would prefer them as the rBright look like a light switch with learning, where as the MoonShine i can program to what i like.....

I'm on their mailing list and they have been sending out regular updates including one a few days ago, so I think they are still active...

wow those look promising! and not too ridiculous of a price point considering it appears it could fit the bill of a scene controller type of device where you expect to pay a premium for the added functionality already.
