      Thanks, Rupp. I have posted Ticket ID: A34E4F. I see now that I never got a reply to my first rma request. You might want to examine your website architecture. A rep, maybe Tyler, told me by phone a week ago to get on the website for an RMA. The only obvious web link is via Support/Product Returns. That apparently did not work for me and created a great deal of frustration and wasted time.
      HS4Pro on Windows 10
