Adding a LOM-15 to the network

I can not get a LOM-15 recepticle to add to my network no matter what I do. It use to work when I was on HS2 and a ZTroller, but I now have HS3 (new install) and a Z-NET. I seem to remember a trick to getting it to pair to the controller. I hit the button twice fast, but nothing is seen while adding a code through HS3.

Any ideas?
