    Aeon labs meter stops updating

I notice that my Aeon Labs (v2) power meter has not sent an update in over 2 hours. No errors or warnings in the log. If I test node connectivity, it connects successfully, but I am not getting any updates.

If I go into that device and do a re-scan, only then it starts updating again.

just a thought. Check your Automatic Report rate under Root Device > Zwave > Settings.

I have noticed mine do that as well, as the unit still performs it's functions ok I have just ignored it. BTW. it starts up again after a few hours.

Wonderful. It's wonderful to spend so much money on these z-wave components only to have a so-so reliability rate. At least I know it's not me, so I'll go ahead and cross insanity off my list.

          Thanks.

Haha... I know I always start out thinking it's my set up or my ignorance, spend hours trying to fix it, THEN come on the forum and find out...
Hopefully when Rich works on the energy stuff he'll get to this.

It happened again overnight. Last update at 8:24pm. I found it at 6am. Did an audit and then optimize on that node only and it came back to life. For the heck of it I added a poll every hour in hopes of keeping it alive.
