    Unable to email support

    Hi All,

    I am trying to email support for a long while now and wonder why no one ever gets back to me and now I just noticed this error.

    Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    order-status@homeseer.com

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    Message rejected by Google Groups. Please visit http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...&answer=188131 to review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines.
    does not designate 162.144.102.224 as permitted sender)

    How can I email Homeseer if I have a google account?

      How can I email Homeseer if I have a google account?
      I'm not sure that is still a valid email address. You should probably use their Contact Us or Helpdesk Ticket page from the support tab above.
