CT30 wrong time

Whenever I set the time on my CT30 thermostat, it automatically changes to a different time after about 10 minutes. The "different time" seems to be slipping too, last month it was about 90 mins out, now it's almost 2 hours out.
What's going on, and how do I fix it?

Do you have clock drift on my PC. I know the ct30 will get time updates from HS3.
