My HS3 X10 problems have pretty much disappeared. I still have occasional lights coming on unexpectedly and a few lights do not turn off when they should. But, everything X10 is working. For me that is 67 of my 240 devices. I do not DIM or BRIGHTEN anything. My x10 events are pretty simple. And I only use x10 modules for non-critical devices. I think X10 worked better in HS2 but I believe the other features and benefits of HS3 outweigh the shortcomings of X10 in HS3. I am trying not to mess with X10 now because it makes me crazy! I am now working on energy monitoring, IR control, and audio stuff. It's much more interesting[emoji3]

Remind me, which X10 interface are you using?

I'm using the TI103. The same one I have used for the last 5 years with HS2.
