    Yes I have a help desk account. It states that the email address is already in use. I can go in and request a password change and make the change. But it will not accept my new log in and PW credentials?

    Did you create a new help desk account? It's not the same as your message board login.

    Can't log into Help Desk?

    I need to submit a ticket about my license. So I went to Help desk to submit a ticket. But it says log in credentials invalided when I try to log on. So I thought my password was wrong. So I left it blank and I get the link to change password. That goes through successful. But when I go back and try to log in, I get the same error message. Any help on getting me logged in?
